Two fixed-price packages: Basic at €3,900 plus VAT, Premium at €7,400 plus VAT. Extras such as further third-party tools (€120) or languages (€300) are booked as needed.

The packages are built for a classic company presence: Basic up to 5 content pages, Premium up to 8 (for example home, services, about, contact). Imprint and privacy policy do not count towards that. Not included are a blog, an online shop, a member area and custom functions or connections to other systems. Those are possible, but as a separate quote.

For freelancers, small businesses, medical practices, law firms, trades, coaches and clubs. Anywhere a modern, serious presence matters without an expensive system behind it.

No. You can make changes yourself, but you do not have to. Send me a short note and I will do it quickly with AI. The difference: you are never dependent.

The website belongs to you. No WIX subscription, no builder you are tied to. You get the complete code and can change provider at any time.

You do. You supply texts, photos, graphics, logo and fonts if you want them, and all of it stays yours. The one thing that matters: the usage rights for publication have to be yours. I do not check licences and do not source material on my own. Stock photos or licensed fonts are only bought if you order that, and at your cost.

Yes, that works. Check beforehand whether you hold the rights. On sites built by agencies or website builders, photos, graphics and fonts often belong to whoever built it, or are licensed for the old site only. Anything that is not yours has to be licensed again or replaced. Tell me early and we will look at it together before it gets expensive.

For €99 I first design a first version of your new website. If you place the order, the amount is credited in full. After that comes the build, sign-off, going live and a short handover.

That is exactly what the preview at the start is for: you see the design direction before you commit. If it does not match your taste, we adjust it in the rounds of changes. The €99 is credited in full when you order, so your risk stays small.

Usually around 10 to 14 days. The pace depends mostly on how quickly content and sign-offs come from you.

I take care of the setup. The running costs for domain, hosting and SSL you pay directly to the provider, usually a few euros a month. That way everything stays in your name.

Yes. The site is built from the start for Google search and for AI search such as ChatGPT, and it is accessible. Nobody serious guarantees rankings, but the foundation is right.

By default yes. I build the site without analytics or marketing cookies, with an imprint and a privacy policy. If you want visitor statistics, Google Analytics for example, that is possible. The site then needs a real cookie prompt and the privacy policy has to cover it. I tell you upfront what that means, and you decide. I supply the privacy policy as a template containing everything needed, without warranty. Signing it off legally is on you.

Any time. With a builder such as WIX you commit to a template at the start and stay with it. Not at RW WebLab: logo, colours, the entire design can be changed later, in theory a fresh look every year. Your content stays, the shell is free.

Yes. Further languages cost €300 each, and the second language is included in the Premium package. Translation is done with AI, the final approval is yours.
